Many people may not know Brian Currie, but after two Oscar wins for Best original screenplay and Best Picture for Green Book, pretty much everyone knows him. Currie has been involved in screen writing for a number of years. His previous works include Armageddon, Con Air and others.
Born and raised in Lynn Massachusetts, Brian Currie attended St. Johns Prep and soon after moved out to California to pursue a career in Hollywood. He will be making a return home, and will speaking at Salem State University to answer questions about Green Book. Now that the film has garnered 2 oscars, the hype will be met yet again, but this time in Salem Massachusetts, instead of Los Angeles.
